Welcome to Dells Reunion Lodge, a charming 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms chalet style home designed with togetherness in mind. This spacious retreat features a large open layout that’s perfect for hosting family reunions, group getaways, or special celebrations. Enjoy time together on the expansive covered porch, ideal for relaxing, dining, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. With plenty of room to gather, unwind, and make lasting memories, Dells Reunion Lodge offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your next stay in the Dells.
Guests enjoy full access to Spring Brook’s Clubhouse amenities, including a Sports Bar & Grill, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, and pro shop. Downtown Wisconsin Dells, attractions, dining, and waterparks are only 10 minutes away.

- Spacious chalet-style home ideal for large groups
- Large front porch with picnic tables, perfect for early morning coffee
- Main-level open concept designed for hosting and gathering
- Two large dining tables with ample seating
- Lower level features a foosball table and pool table
- Three rows of theater-style seating with a large TV
- Covered patio with a large table and chairs, ideal for summer evening dinners
- Outdoor firepit and two gas grill
- Just a 4-minute walk (0.2 miles) to the Clubhouse
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM
- Base rate includes 12 guests (ages 3+)
- Each additional guest over 12 is $15 per person, per night + tax, with a maximum of 24 guests
- Minimum age to reserve is 18 (non-family groups must all be 18+)
Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in. If you’d like to use a different card for the remaining balance, please contact us before the 30-day mark.
Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.
Security Deposit Policy:
A $500 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.
Cancellation Policy:
We offer a 14-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are not-refundable.
Date & Property Change Policy:
Reservation changes may be made more than 14 days prior to check-in. Once within 14 days of arrival, date or property changes are not permitted.
