Situated on a serene wooded lot near Spring Brook Golf Course, this spectacular five bedroom home is destined to be your favorite vacation spot! The home offers three floors of open concept comfortable living and is within walking distance of Spring Brook’s clubhouse. Great for family reunions, holidays, and friend getaways. Tthe home sleeps a maximum of 14 guests.
The main floor features a flowing open floor plan with plenty of natural woodwork and rock finishes, creating a modern-rustic charm. The cozy kitchen opens up into the dining room and the living room, which features a queen sized sofa sleeper, a gas fireplace to enjoy when the weather cools, as well as a 50” smart TV for movie night or game day. There is a shared bathroom as well as a 1.5 car garage to use for your vehicle, toys or sports equipment.
Upstairs, you will find the nautical themed master bedroom that features a king size bed, a patio door that opens up to a private balcony with woodland views, a smart TV, as well as the master bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms on the same floor both feature king sized beds and smart TVs. There is a shared bathroom for added convenience.
The lower level has two bedrooms with queen sized beds and smart TVs, as well as a fourth shared bathroom with a shower.
