Enjoy the spacious backyard while grilling on the gas grill or telling stories around the campfire. This horse themed home sleeps a maximum of 8 people and is the perfect extended stay getaway.
The Horse Inn a Round offers a large open floor plan to enjoy meals and playtime together. The living room, kitchen and dining area are spacious and flow easily into each other making this a great gathering space for family and friends. Enjoy hanging out in the living/game room – complete with a full-size air hockey & checker table, couches and numerous comfortable recliners and chairs. Relax in front of the cozy fireplace or enjoy a movie or game on the 75” TV. The kitchen and dining area are comfortable spaces perfect to prepare a meal and socialize. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all full-size appliances and plenty of cookware.
The sophisticated and tailored master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, sitting area, 35" TV and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a double vanity, jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. One additional bedroom has a queen size bed, sitting area and a 35” TV and the additional room has 2 bunk beds. The second full bathroom features a vanity and tub with shower.
Enjoy quality time with your family and friends sitting around the fire pit roasting marshmallows or playing some of the provided yard games in the large comfortable yard - complete with a large table, gas grill and a fire ring with seating. Watch the sun rise and the golfers tee off on the first hole of the Spring Brook Golf Course while relaxing or watching TV in the comfortable 4-season room. The 4-season room features a 35” TV, comfortable couches and an additional dining area.
Log into the free Wi-Fi on your electronic devices and enjoy the smart TVs which include YouTube TV. Enjoy your favorite series by logging into your own Netflix, Disney or Prime accounts.
A laundry room with a washer and dryer adds to the conveniences provided to guests of this home. The Horse Inn a Round home is within walking distance of Spring Brook’s Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop.
Home sleeps maximum of 8, rates based on 6 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Memorial Day and New Years Eve Holidays require $250 Security Deposit.
Must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation. When not in a family setting – everyone staying must be 18 years of age or older.
