We have stayed at our Place to chill a few times now. House is in great location to walk to pools and restaurant. It was perfect accommodations for 4 adults and 2 kids. Will book this location again.

Welcome to Our Place to Chill, a cozy 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, perfect for families, small groups, or anyone looking to relax and unwind. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, you’ll find comfort, space, and all the essentials to make your time memorable. With a warm, inviting atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout, this isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a place to truly chill.
Guests enjoy full access to Spring Brook’s Clubhouse amenities, including a Sports Bar & Grill, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, and pro shop. Downtown Wisconsin Dells, attractions, dining, and waterparks are only 10 minutes away.

- First living room with cozy seating and a TV
- Large dining table with plenty of chairs
- Second living room with comfortable seating, stone fireplace, and TV
- Primary bedroom with a luxurious whirlpool tub
- Spacious back deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sounds of nature
- Outdoor firepit and charcoal grill
- Just a 6-minute walk (0.3 miles) to the Clubhouse
Additional Details:
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM
- Base rate includes 8 guests (ages 3+)
- Each additional guest over 8 is $15 per person, per night + tax, with a maximum of 10 guests
- Minimum age to reserve is 18 (non-family groups must all be 18+)
Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in. If you’d like to use a different card for the remaining balance, please contact us before the 30-day mark.
Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.
Security Deposit Policy:
A $250 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.
Cancellation Policy:
We offer a 14-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are not-refundable.
Date & Property Change Policy:
Reservation changes may be made more than 14 days prior to check-in. Once within 14 days of arrival, date or property changes are not permitted.
