The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in. If you’d like to use a different card for the remaining balance, please contact us before the 30-day mark.
Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.
Security Deposit Policy:
A $250 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.
Cancellation Policy:
We offer a 14-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are not-refundable.

This house had the perfect layout for a moms weekend for 6 women with the large great room so we could all be together in the kitchen/dining/living room and not miss any of the conversation. The cozy backyard deck and fire pit was also fantastic. We enjoyed our privacy at the fire one evening being able to keep the conversation going. The beds and bathrooms were great. Everything was clean and ready for us before our check-in time and check-out was very easy, not asking too much from us before our departure. I also loved the convenient and responsive communication with the resort via text throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this location and would book again for this purpose.

With a late October visit we were fortune to have good weather. Highlight of the trip was the horse drawn wagon tour of the Lost Canyon. Had not known about it before this visit, but it was well worth the time to experience this gem. Beautiful scenery and the horse's ability to maneuver the narrow passages was amazing. Indoor pool and hot tub at Spring Brook were also great. Would have golfed if we had more time.

We really enjoyed our stay at “May the Forest be with you” air bnb. It was very comfortable and spacious for 9 of us & pet friendly was a big plus. It was a short distance from Noah's Ark, and it was a nice, quiet area to come home to ~~we liked it very much!

We couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation home. Beautiful home. Loved the large living space. The back yard was felt secluded and woodsy, and the deck was such a serene place to relax. The home was well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout. Very clean. We would love to come back again.

We are planning on making this a yearly trip but would extend our stay to 3 nights. Thanks for making our weekeind in the Dells one to remember!

2nd time staying here -once in summer, once in winter. Took advantage of the resort amenities both times. House is open and spacious-plenty of room for teens to gather and hang out. Made great use of kitchen. Great location in a cul -de-sac. Quiet area. Spring brook resort complex is a great way to stay in the Dells.

Overall beautiful place and it was great for my family get together. Christmas and holiday decor throughout the house was lovely.
Large living room, dining room and kitchen area. Loved the Star Wars touches throughout the house. Quiet little street, off the main road.
Very close to downtown Dells
Customer service was very prompt and helpful throughout the whole stay. It's nice knowing a person will respond to you instead of just automations.
Only things I'd note: as stated in the guest information this house does not come with coffee filters but before you bring them— know it is the cone shaped filters. Truly not a big deal but something to note.
Bring your own cleaning supplies for spills and similar messes. We couldn't find any in the house.
Lastly it is an early check-out 10am. They do offer an extended check-out for a fee. Again, no biggy since it is clearly stated.

Comfortable sleeping spaces and a wonderful great room right in the middle of the house that leads out to a perfect deck with a fire pit right next to it. And we can bring our pooch! Love this place!

We have returned to Springbrook for several years in a row. It is a great resort to stay at, where you have your own private home, and the pool area is a wonderful place to gather. In addition to the four bedrooms, the home supplies a daybed and a rollaway cot in the living room, so plenty of sleeping availability. The home is very well stocked with pots and pans and pillows and everything that you need. Make sure to bring basic kitchen supplies like spices, aluminum foil, coffee filters, etc. This home is pet friendly, and it also has a very nice secluded backyard with a fire pit and large deck. We will definitely return.

Home was well kept and ready to go: Instructions were explicit, kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need (except salt & pepper, so plan to bring that & other spices if you want), plenty of seating both inside and out. The pool was perfect for our family & the location is just a few minutes from all the WI Dells tourist attractions. We would definitely stay there, again.

The layout of this home is perfect for a birthday party or any special celebration. Master bedroom on one side of home and 3 more bedrooms on opposite side. Open floor plan with nice kitchen and extra-large table seating 8+, along with nook that seats 4, is great for large gatherings. The home has a large deck on back of home with many seating options and nice firepit area with many chairs. Located on a quiet circle was a bonus.

Love the large open space for family to gather. The bedrooms are all around the middle open kitchen/living space that flows out to a great deck and yard with fire pit. Perfect for everyone to gather but still have privacy for sleeping. This is the second year we've rented this house and have already booked it for the same time next year!

The house was well stocked and super clean. Our two families had plenty of room and really enjoyed our stay. The pool was bigger than expected and all of the Dells amenities were right down the street, including a Walmart.

It was a wonderful place - the lodging was fantastic, the staff was great. The only critique I offer was the internet issue. We booked the stay as a retreat for our developers to work offsite on fun projects for themselves and they ended up needing to use hotspots to have higher internet access speeds. Even so, they agreed it would be a great place to revisit for the next workshop in September. Thank you!!
