Base rate includes 8 guests (ages 3+)
Each additional guest over 8 is $15 per person, per night + tax, with a maximum of 10 guests
Minimum age to reserve is 18 (non-family groups must all be 18+)

Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in. If you’d like to use a different card for the remaining balance, please contact us before the 30-day mark.

Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.

Security Deposit Policy:
A $500 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.

Cancellation Policy:
We offer a 14-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are not-refundable.

Date & Property Change Policy:
Reservation changes may be made more than 14 days prior to check-in. Once within 14 days of arrival, date or property changes are not permitted.

Loved the home. The place was clean and very spacious. The location was perfect for our trip to Baraboo and the Dells. We enjoyed the pool and had a nice evening around the campfire. We would stay there again, and for a longer time, if we were ever back in the area and needed that much space again.

Great place for a family!

This house was AMAZING and perfect for our family. We came and it was very clean and spacious. Our family of 10 had plenty of space to spread out and hang out together. There was plenty of table space to eat together indoor or outdoor, the extra basement area with a ping pong table was a fun little addition. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool, restaurant and playground within walking distance were a definite bonus. We used all of the spaces the house offered including the firepit every night. The charcoal grill is a little small, so we used the open one that is also there. The pictures really don't do this place justice. I highly recommend booking this house.

We had a wonderful family stay and would highly recommend this home. It felt like we were in the woods in a private setting even though there were neighbors around us. It was an easy walk to the pool and all the attractions of the Dells were an easy drive. Appreciated how clean the house was on our arrival. Quiet, private, clean and convenient- couldn't have asked for more.

Our family - parents, 2 grown children and spouses, granddaughter had a WONDERFUL time in the home. It served as a great "base camp" for various outings to local sites and restaurants. It was a great place to play games as a family and the swimming pool was a BIG HIT with our 8-year old granddaughter. The next time we want to stay in the Wisconsin Dells area, we will check first to see if Dogwood Dream is available.

We’d stay again! Everything was impeccably clean. The property was wooded and the view from the kitchen and dining area was nicely private. The layout was perfect for our girlfriends reunion. Communication with the resort was perfect. The beds were fresh and linens clean but the mattresses could be a bit more comfortable. Otherwise the stay was great.

Cousins weekend

We do 2 yearly trips with cousins and we chose Wisconsin Dells this year. There were 10 of us on this trip and the house was immaculate, and the sleeping accommodations were wonderful. We had a great time, close proximity to the casino, shopping outlet, and local stores in case we forgot anything. The dining table was nice and big and all 10 of us were able to sit down together and play games and eat breakfast and dinner together. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We really enjoyed our stay this past week. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accomodate everyone. Communication from the resort beforehand was excellent and we were actually able to check in 2 hours early. Very clean and close to the pool and restaurant. I wish this property was pet friendly, but as a past lodge owner, I can understand. We had an issue with a leaking water pipe but even though it was past 5 pm a maintenance man was there within minutes. Excellent service.

We really enjoyed our 3 days at the Dogwood Dream! We commented on the updated furnishings! Loved the sofas in living room, nice big table and new chairs around the campfire. We also felt comfortable with how clean everything was when we arrived. We were there because our mother’s celebration of Life service was being held nearby, We used the Dogwood Dream as our family gathering place. It was perfect. Thank you!

This is our 2nd year at this place. The accommodations are perfect for our family. The house is very clean. Kitchen is stocked with needed utensils. We like the fact the pool is within walking distance. We wish there would be a little more grassy area for the kids to play, but we made do. Fire pit was used just about every night. Really enjoyed ourselves. Who knows, might be back next year.

Our family enjoyed our time together over a long weekend. The ping pong table was a hit. There was plenty of room to spread out, and nice separation for the little ones who get up early and go to bed early. Just a couple things - there is no gate for the stairs, and I failed to bring one so we had to be creative in blocking the stairs. If little children are in your party, the glass on the fireplace gets very hot and there is nothing from preventing little ones from touching it. Also if traveling with little children, bring your own crib and high chair (which we did, so not an issue). We've stayed at other VRBO's and at some you can find kitchen pantry staples. It is not the case here, so bring everything you might need (including matches for starting a bon fire). This is not a negative, just a head's up. Overall a very nice experience and a lovely home.

Adult siblings vacation

The home was clean and ready for our visit when we arrived. Bedrooms had attractive furniture and comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean and had no problem with hot water during our visit. Plenty of towels were available. Kitchen had more appliances than anticipated including a waffle iron, mixer, crockpot and more than enough pots, pans and bowls. We used paper plates but there was enough dishes that we would not have had to as there is a dishwasher. I would bring dish towels though as we could only find 2. We found we were close to many of the attractions we were looking for in the area. Some of us did golf on the course and found it enjoyable. There are 2 big refrigerators available which was a bonus. I was disappointed that the pingpong paddles were damaged when we arrived so we didn't play. TV's in all the rooms. No shortage of furniture inside and outside and the big dining table was a plus.

We were able to seat 10 at the table when using the two countertop stools- major plus. That alone made it a winner. Also all 10 were on beds. Large open concept dining/living room also wonderful. Better stocked kitchen utensils than we have had at other cabins. Three bathrooms! Blow dryers in all. Did not use but outside they had seating and a fire pit. Rooms were spacious and beds great. Only thing we actually struggled with (in a funny way) were the fancy light switches in the bedrooms haha! And the downstairs bath doesn't lock. Ping pong paddles were in rough shape but we still had fun playing it.

Another Enjoyable Stay at Spring Brook

Second time at the resort, first time staying in Dogwood Dream. Property was perfect for our group of 6 adults, 2 toddlers, and an infant for 3 nights. Loved the open concept upstairs with large kitchen and dining. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need and more. Only thing missing was a blender. Backyard was very peaceful and private with grill (charcoal only), fire pit, table, and plenty of chairs. Backs up to 9th hole of golf course, but woods in between were plenty deep enough. Didn't even use the downstairs rec room, but was nice knowing it was there if you need a little separation. Second fridge came in handy as we did all our shopping ahead of time and made our own meals. Resort itself is great. Huge pool areas with regular pools, kiddie pools, and hot tubs both outdoors and indoors. Nice little bar at outdoor pool. Enjoyable 9-hole golf course on site. Loved the 3-day unlimited play special. Lots of other amenities too that we didn't even tap into. Location can't be beat, just off the interstate, Walmart just down the street, still very close to other Dells attractions, etc. We'll be back again, and would certainly consider staying in this same house.

Perfect Family Vacation

We met our son from Michigan and Daughter from MN and their families and spent 3 nights at Dogwood Dream. It was a DREAM! The house was clean and the layout worked great with 3 families, one with 2 small children. The large table for evening card games, the back yard with fire pit and table were great gather spots. The kitchen had all the amenities needed that we didn't eat out once but were able to cook at the house. The location of the house was a short walk to the pool and playground. Ended up we were there during a cold spell, so the option of the indoor pool was a huge plus~ the littles had more fun there than at the big waterparks! For us it was a great half point, location for us all to gather and have some quality family time! Perfect Vacation, Thank you!

Very Good - Nice family getaway

House was clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything you could need, include a waffle iron and crockpot. Backyard is nice (wooded, but with a view of the golf course) and neighborhood was quiet, except for the construction work that is going on next door. We had an issue with the thermostat (when we first got there it was locked, on heat and 77 degrees in the house). However, the front desk and maintenance were very responsive and worked with the owner to get the info they needed to resolve the problem. Also, we had dinner twice at the the Grill in the Clubhouse (one dine in and one take away). Food and service were both very good. Highly recommend the Spring Brook resort and this vacation rental home.

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. Felt like plenty of room for our 2 families. Beds were very comfortable! Easy walk to the clubhouse/pool. Only thing we'd suggest is to include soap dishes for the bars of soap.

Our stay at the Dogwood Dream was perfect. We had two families and the house had plenty of space for all 8 of us. The home was very clean, and had everything we needed to get started. The Walmart close by has everything you'll need. The fire pit in the backyard was wonderful. The tree lined yards makes you feel secluded. Hope to visit again soon.

Our stay at Dogwood Dream was amazing! The house was extremely clean and spacious. There was more than enough space for our large group of adults. The inside of the home is even better in person than in the pictures. The house was stocked with basic cooking utensils and supplies (pots, pans, silvetware, plates and cups). Only suggestion would be to bring lighter fliud if you plan to light a fire in the backyard. As this bring our first experience at Spring Brook, we definitely plan to stay here again in the future!!

We celebrated my son's 21st birthday with immediate family. The house was very clean, having the lower level space was a big plus as it allowed us to spread out if needed. The backyard with patio and firepit area was great, we used it both nights. The pools and restaurant were within walking distance, we did not golf but the course was right behind our home, so very convenient. Everyone really enjoyed the weekend, we would definitely come back.

Our group of 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 elementary-age children had a wonderful time at Dogwood Dream. Everything was clean and fresh-smelling. We used the toaster, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Our teenagers were thrilled with the WiFi connection, tv channel selection and having SIX televisions to choose from. We enjoyed the openness of the upper floor. I appreciated the special touch of there being nightlights in each bedroom and bathroom (as I had forgotten ours). It was a quiet neighborhood. We walked to the clubhouse restaurant (delicious food) and pools. My younger children wanted to stay and live here at this house! We will definitely choose Spring Brook rental homes again!!

We really enjoyed our time at the Dogwood Dream. The house worked well for our crew that had very small children. The 2 bedrooms downstairs worked great for the 2 couples with kids to keep their space a bit more quiet and separated. Loved the game room in the basement however-it was a nice gathering place for the football game. We used the pool and the restaurant and would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor pool, playground and golf. This house worked well for our group of 8 adults as there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Customer service was outstanding!

This home was spectacular! It was a great place for our 3 families to stay with plenty of room for adults and kids. It was clean, updated, and a wonderful price for what we got! I almost wish we would have not done anything else but stayed on the resort and enjoy our time there more. The staff and whole resort was top notch. Looking forward to staying again sometime.

Booked this place for a "Girls Getaway" for 10 of us. Everyone LOVED the house and we all wished this was our home. The home was very clean, organized, and we loved the layout of the home (especially the open concept kitchen/dining/living area). Backyard was gorgeous! For a house full of 10 women, the home accommodated all our needs and there were enough bathrooms for us all. Nice quiet, peaceful and very welcoming community. We all loved how it was close but not too close to all the WI Dells main attractions. Lovely resort area. We are now thinking of making this an annual thing. Thank you to owners for such a lovely home!

Nice family retreat

This home is bigger than it looks. We had 8 adults and two small children and it worked very well. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a 2nd fridge downstairs. Just know that you should bring charcoal, lighter, and matches or igniter if you want to grill. Also bring spices, condiments, paper goods, laundry soap, pool towels and food wrap. It is advisable not to go in the backyard while people are golfing. Lots of golf balls in the yard, and one flew right into the house past us while we were outside. Other amenities include a very large tub in the master (bring bubble bath) and 2 large tvs. Overall very nice. We were there in early May, so had the pool to ourselves.
