Step outside to enjoy the charming deck with table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee or evening meals. As the sun sets, gather around the firepit for cozy nights under the stars. Cozy Creek offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and outdoor relaxation for your next escape.
Guests enjoy full access to Spring Brook’s Clubhouse amenities, including a Sports Bar & Grill, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, and pro shop. Downtown Wisconsin Dells, attractions, dining, and waterparks are only 10 minutes away.
Vacation Home Features:

- Sleeps up to 10 guests
- This home is pet-friendly! A maximum of two dogs is allowed. A pet fee of $75 + tax applies per dog.

- Two-way fireplace connecting the second living room and dining room
- Primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a standalone tub

Additional Details:
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM
- Base rate includes 6 guests (ages 3+)
- Each additional guest over 6 is $15 per person, per night + tax, with a maximum of 10 guests
- Minimum age to reserve is 18 (non-family groups must all be 18+)
Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in. If you’d like to use a different card for the remaining balance, please contact us before the 30-day mark.
Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.
Security Deposit Policy:
A $250 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.
Cancellation Policy:
We offer a 14-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are not-refundable.
Date & Property Change Policy:
Reservation changes may be made more than 14 days prior to check-in. Once within 14 days of arrival, date or property changes are not permitted.
