Guests enjoy full access to Spring Brook’s Clubhouse amenities, including a Sports Bar & Grill, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, and pro shop. Downtown Wisconsin Dells, attractions, dining, and waterparks are only 10 minutes away.

Additional Details:

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM
Base rate includes 6 guests (ages 3+)
Each additional guest over 6 is $15 per person, per night + tax, with a maximum of 8 guests
Minimum age to reserve is 18 (non-family groups must all be 18+)

Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in. If you’d like to use a different card for the remaining balance, please contact us before the 30-day mark.

Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.

Security Deposit Policy:
A $250 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.

Cancellation Policy:
We offer a 14-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are not-refundable.

Date & Property Change Policy:
Reservation changes may be made more than 14 days prior to check-in. Once within 14 days of arrival, date or property changes are not permitted.

We had a great time. 2149 Copal on Lake Shore was just what we needed. The unit was clean and spacious. We had a family pool tournament.(In the gameroom) Fun was had by all. We liked that the unit was close enough to walk to the swimming pool. It could use some new pots, pans, and utensil's etc. The Primary bathroom could use updating. After all is said. We had a great time. I would recommend Copal on Lake Shore George

We had a great time at Springbrook Resort! We enjoyed golfing, swimming, yard games, board games, and making meals! We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and the food was amazing, especially the prime rib! We also spent a lot of time playing pool in the giant game room! We will definitely be back!!

The house was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The game room kept everyone busy when it was too hot to go outside. Will definitely come back. We have vacationed in the dells for 20years.This was our first time here and the best time we have had. Also the surrey bike were great as well.

This property accommodated our family of 10 perfectly. Check in was seamless, as everything was ready for us at the property. We didn't have to run around or wait in lines to receive keys or pool wristbands. The game room was great for keeping the kids entertained between trips to the pool, and was located far enough away from two of the bedrooms so that some could sleep peacefully while others stayed up later to hang out in there.

This property was exactly as described and did not disappoint! We were there to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday. We picked this house as the location was only 20 minutes from Cascade Mountain. The house was super clean and cozy! It had everything that we needed in the kitchen to make meals/snacks. We had four 18-20 year olds with us and they LOVED the game room. It had a pool table and fooseball along with TVs and couches. We spent the majority of time in there. Highly recommend this property!

This is a great house to stay at. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels were supplied as well as a few necessities. The staff at Springbrook is fantastic. Everyone we encountered were helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Family trip

If you're looking for a place to call home away from home, then Springbrook is the place to go! Booking our stay was so easy to do online and the staff were very helpful and always able to answer the phones if you had a question. Having a big family can be difficult when going on a vacation. The Springbrook made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool and slide! We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, but hopefully in the future we will be able to! The game room in our unit was very spacious and fun to be in! I would definitely recommend others to stay here! The only issues we had was the washing machine starting over after the cycle was finished. We notified the staff to have someone look at it and they appreciated it. The other issue we had was that the pull out bed from the couch in the living room was so soft it felt like sleeping on the springs. If you like a soft bed, then this might not be a complaint for you. Overall, I'd rate an 8/10. I'm hoping to come back next year and rent a bigger unit to invite more friends along! Thank you for the hospitality!

The house had everything we needed for a girls getaway. The game room was awesome! The deck and fire pit were very nice to have. The clubhouse and pool were in walking distance which was a bonus! I would highly recommend this rental!

The resort and home took its cleanliness very seriously. We had plans to go all around the Dells but opted to stay at Spring Brook because it had everything we wanted for everybody (2-60 years old). House was phenomenal, spacious with a great game room for young and old. It made a trip with the family truly unforgettable. Thank you.

Very nice place with all the amenities. The golf cource was in good shape despite the excess rain fall. Lots of activities for the whole family. We will definitely stay again. The 1000's
