Welcome to Champagne Chalet, a spacious 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located just off the 4th hole fairway at Spring Brook Golf Course. With a large front deck and plenty of room to relax, this home is perfect for family birthdays, weekend getaways, or boys’ golf outings.

Guests enjoy full access to Spring Brook’s Clubhouse amenities, including a Sports Bar & Grill, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, and pro shop. Downtown Wisconsin Dells, attractions, dining, and waterparks are only 10 minutes away.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM
Base rate includes 12 guests (ages 3+)
Each additional guest over 12 is $15 per person, per night + tax, with a maximum of 20 guests
Minimum age to reserve is 18 (non-family groups must all be 18+)

Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in. If you’d like to use a different card for the remaining balance, please contact us before the 30-day mark.

Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.

Security Deposit Policy:
A $500 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.

Cancellation Policy:
We offer a 14-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are not-refundable.

Date & Property Change Policy:
Reservation changes may be made more than 14 days prior to check-in. Once within 14 days of arrival, date or property changes are not permitted.

A+ location for family reunion

Entire family enjoyed our stay at The Dells. Champagne Chalet met all our needs and gave us room to cook/play board games/ put puzzles together and just enjoy our time together. Plenty of activities at Spring Brook resort as well as the Dells. Our family came together from Alaska, Iowa and Illinois to spend time with each other. Our ages ranged from 2-82 and there was something for everyone. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and courteous.

Beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Champagne Chalet in Wisconsin Dells. The house was conveniently located in the Dells. My husband and I slept upstairs and we didn't hear any noise throughout the house. The house was spacious and great for a family vacation. The pool was close enough to walk to.

We were all very happy with this place and have made reservations already for next year. We were impressed with the way it was stocked in the kitchen. Plenty of dishes for eating and serving. Every appliance we needed, was there. The place was very clean and the location close to local entertainment. We are looking forward to going back.

Just what we needed to enjoy a little getaway. House was beautiful, very clean and furnished. We had plenty of sleeping space and other rooms. Weather was nice for a fire. If we needed anything, just a call away ! Conveniently located to Dells businesses!

Our family really enjoyed staying the house. It was clean and comfortable and in an excellent location to access the Dells. We also appreciated the club house and used the indoor pool, exercise room, and the bar & grill. The staff is terrific too. All in all, this was a great experience, and we will return. Thank you!

Fabulous Family Reunion

We had 65 family members staying in 4 springbrook homes plus 2 condos for a 4 day reunion. All meals, activities and parties were held at the resort. It was fabulous!! All of our rental homes were great, the catered evening meals exactly as ordered, the pool area nice for the little kids. The catering director, Corri, was tremendous and worked extremely hard to make sure everything was perfect!!! I definitely recommend this resort!!!

We wanted to do something special for our 50th.and gathered our four families at the Champagne Chalet for a weekend of fellowship and fun. The home was spacious as everyone ran for their space. The gameroom was a total hit including a ping-pong tournament.Sat.started with a round of golf with the guys and later a putting tournament on the putting green.The pools were also a hit.The firepit nestled in the backyard ended the day.The family really enjoyed the experience and talked about making this experience a annual thing. The staff also gave us a WOW factor of having a cake ,cupcakes and a nice letter recognizing our 50th.and was always attentive if we needed something.Great weekend enjoyed by all.We will back.Thank you staff.

Since we were coming in from another state, I was extremely happy that the home was ready for us earlier than expected. Everything was clean, presentable and just like the description stated. It was a four day get a way with my sisters and their families for a grand total of 12...ranging from ages 8-50 and it was a great time for all.

Great Cabin Stay!

We had another great family vacation in the Champagne Chalet. It was so great that we booked for next year! 3rd year in a row. We also told a friend about it and they stayed in the same cabin a couple of weeks before us. We enjoyed the improvements: new air hockey game, the picnic table in the back and some new beds. We did think the sink in the small main floor bathroom was a little slow to drain. We appreciated a couple of wood pieces that were left by the fire pit. The first night it rained so we couldn't have a fire, so we enjoyed sitting in the covered porch in back. The pool continues to be a highlight for our grandkids which we enjoyed so much. We also ate in the restaurant which was excellent. The men golfed twice and enjoyed that a lot. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great place for our family weekend

We booked this house for a family weekend -- adult children, their spouses, and grandchildren (ages 5 to 16), a total of 18 people. It worked out great! The game room was a hit, as was the indoor pool at the aquatic center, a short walk away. Evening at the fire pit was great for smores. Plenty of room for people to find their own quiet spaces to relax. Office staff works nights and weekends, and quickly resolved a minor shortage of dishwasher soap and TP.

The accommodations are wonderful! Very clean, very spacious, beautifully decorated, game room huge plus, loved the 2 picnic table size dining tables, very comfortable furniture - definitely recommend for a big group. We had 11 adults. Ski weekend for us - but the decks and outside area look to be very nice for warmer weather. Thank you!

We had such a GREAT time at Springbrook Resort at the Champagne Chalet! The Resort had so much to offer and we took advantage of the pools, restaurant and the golf course. Our cabin was wonderful! So clean and well equipped. We did notice there were no bowls but we bought some and left them there so now the next guests can enjoy them. We had 8 adults and 5 children, including a baby, and it fit us very well. The game room was probably the most used room. It was enjoyed by everyone. We had some very competitive ping pong games! We also bought more pp balls and left those there for the future. Thank you for making our family vacation a wonderful time!

Excellent stay at Champagne Chalet!

We had a group of 10 gals who stayed at the Chalet for 3 nights. The house was a perfect size, had enough beds (could have had a few more even stay) and baths, with a few nice outside spaces that were awesome for morning coffee talks. The pool and property were nice as well. This is the third time I've stayed at Spring Brook, and each time, it gets better!

This house was perfect for our four families to come together. It's a short walk to the playground and pool which was really great for our small kids. We had more than enough places to sleep. The game room kept the kids occupied. There is also an great amount of outdoor seating areas with the back deck offering a lot of privacy. The whole resort is very close to downtown Dells so there is plenty to do.We plan to book again for next year!

Thirteen of us were able to sleep and eat in comfort. Six bedrooms, an extra sleeping area, and pullouts in the game room made for all to have a good night sleep. We appreciated the two-table spaces. We could all eat together and could even play games together. Fun was had by all. No worries about where we were staying.

Wonderful house for large family reunion

We had an amazing stay! We got together with a few families and everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The game room was amazing for the kids to play during the day and the sleeper sofas gave us plenty of beds for the kids. There is lots of outdoor seating including a large covered porch, fire pit and front porch. Beds are comfortable and plenty of linen and towels. I would recommend this amazing house for families and large groups.

This house was bigger than I even expected from the pictures. We came with a whole bunch of kids and everyone had plenty of space to sleep. There are many beds, plenty of blankets and towels galore. We spent a lot of time outdoors sitting on the couches on the back porch and around the fire pit. I highly recommend this house for groups.

Champagne chalet

The Champagne chalet is an awesome home with tons of space. It has a beautiful outdoor covered porch which was nice when it was very hot. We had a large group and the only issue was coordinating bathroom trips/showers etc when trying to get ready to go out. One suggestion would be to place some decent size mirrors in the bedrooms so guests could continue to get ready in their rooms while freeing up bathroom space. We did cook while we were there and had plenty of pots, pans etc there for our use. Highly recommended rental for a big group!

Wonderful home for large families. Game room in the house with tennis table and pool table. Also air hockey and dartboard. Indoor and outdoor pools are just a 3 minute walk from the house. Shops and boat tours are only 10 minutes away by car. We had 16 people and all slept comfortably. I would definitely recommend this place.

We have never been disappointed with our visits to Springbrook and this year is no exception. We love the Champagne Chalet and are always thrilled when we are able to book it every year. It is a high-quality, but affordable living space that meets all of our needs when we head up to the Dells. The repairs that we requested to be done from last year were completed and the staff was very accommodating whenever we had a need. The only suggestion that I would make would be to possibly put up some string lights around the fire pit like the cabin next door. Not essential, but it adds a nice touch. Looking forward to the summer of 2020.

We've stayed at the Champagne Chalet twice now - it is a great fit for our family reunion of 10 adults & 8 children. Lots of space, fire pit, game room & only a quick walk away to the pool/restaurant/golf course. Plus its fast and easily accessible to get to any of the Dells waterparks/attractions, etc. Enjoyed our stay once again!
