Welcome to All Seasons Chalet, a charming 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom chalet-style home spread across three spacious levels. With its open-concept design and cozy alpine feel, this home is perfect for bachelor and bachelorette groups, family reunions, or any large gathering looking to relax and reconnect. Whether you're hosting a lively weekend getaway or a laid-back family retreat, All Seasons Chalet offers the space, comfort, and style to make your stay unforgettable no matter the season.
Guests enjoy full access to Spring Brook’s Clubhouse amenities, including a Sports Bar & Grill, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, and pro shop. Downtown Wisconsin Dells, attractions, dining, and waterparks are only 10 minutes away.

- Lower level split for fun and relaxation: one side features a pool table for competitive games, while the other offers a theater room with three rows of theater-style seating for movies or the big game
- Covered patio with additional seating
- Outdoor firepit with two gas grills and one charcoal grill
- Just a 12-minute walk (0.6 miles) to the Clubhouse
Additional Details:
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM
- Base rate includes 12 guests (ages 3+)
- Each additional guest over 12 is $15 per person, per night + tax, with a maximum of 24 guests
- Minimum age to reserve is 18 (non-family groups must all be 18+)
Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in. If you’d like to use a different card for the remaining balance, please contact us before the 30-day mark.
Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.
Security Deposit Policy:
A $500 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.
Cancellation Policy:
We offer a 14-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are not-refundable.
Date & Property Change Policy:
Reservation changes may be made more than 14 days prior to check-in. Once within 14 days of arrival, date or property changes are not permitted.
