Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch before heading inside to the spacious kitchen, perfect for preparing meals together. The dining area features a unique brick accent wall for added character. The primary bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The lower level includes a large couch with a TV, a pool table for entertainment, and a theater room with three rows of recliner seating and a large TV. Step outside to the concrete patio with seating, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
Guests enjoy full access to Spring Brook’s Clubhouse amenities, including a Sports Bar & Grill, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, and pro shop. Downtown Wisconsin Dells, attractions, dining, and waterparks are only 10 minutes away.

Additional Details:
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM
- Base rate includes 12 guests (ages 3+)
- Each additional guest over 12 is $15 per person, per night + tax, with a maximum of 20 guests
- Minimum age to reserve is 18 (non-family groups must all be 18+)
Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in. If you’d like to use a different card for the remaining balance, please contact us before the 30-day mark.
Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.
Security Deposit Policy:
A $500 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.
Cancellation Policy:
We offer a 14-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are not-refundable.
Date & Property Change Policy:
Reservation changes may be made more than 14 days prior to check-in. Once within 14 days of arrival, date or property changes are not permitted.
