Follow the journey from” indifference” to” cannot wait to retire and relocate”. Tom and Linda Grams recount their family’s path to becoming part of the Spring Brook community:
In 1996, their son and his in-laws purchased adjoining lots. Weekend visits impressed Linda. But despite Shawn’s excitement, Tom’s initial response was “lukewarm” to “indifferent”. Enter the new millennium, the clubhouse with its amenities, and long weekends spent at the new pool. In time the Grams began putting off heading back to Milwaukee until late Sunday evening. “We were slowly getting hooked”. After fourteen years according to Tom, retirement became very real. “We were quickly finding that the more we came up to Spring Brook, the more we were thinking about the beauty of the area and what it would be like to own a year round home here where we could someday retire. This was the beginning of a process that was unbelievably easy AND enjoyable”. Concept to concrete and 1600 square feet later, it was only six months before they took occupancy of a fully furnished ranch home known as “The Greens” in 2012. Happiness in the manner in which the construction was handled was only bolstered upon the discovery of a group of fun-loving property owners. “Dar and Juli, Doug and Roxanne as well as their entire staff are professional yet fun loving. They are the very heart and soul of Spring Brook”.
“My wife and I highly recommend Spring Brook. The lots and homes are very affordable. From lot selection to construction to final occupancy (the entire process) is easy.
Become part of the Spring Brook community. It’s quick, easy, and convenient. Just ask the Grams.
