This home features 5 spacious bedrooms, three full baths, and a finished lower level complete with a pool table. Outside next to the scenic woods you will find a deck, a large covered picnic area, charcoal grill and a fire pit that is perfect for roasting marshmallows. This home sleeps up to 16 guests.
The main floor offers an open concept living room and dining room as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Relax by the stone gas fireplace and watch a movie in the cozy living room which features a large flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player. The main level also features 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and TVs as well as a full bath.
Head upstairs and enjoy the grand view from the loft. The upper level features a spacious master bedroom and master bath complete with walk in shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large flat screen TV.
The lower level comes with a game room furnished with a pool table, 2 large sofas and flat screen TV, as well as two bedrooms with queen size beds. You will also find a full bath along with a washer and dryer.
The house is also in close proximity to Spring Brook’s Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop.
