Check in to one of our fully-furnished vacation homes! Each home is individually owned and furnished, making for a unique and comfortable stay each time. All Spring Brook homes come equipped with central A/C & heat, basic Cable TV, VCR or DVD, telephone, fully-equipped kitchens with dishes, pots & pans and utensils. We also supply all of your towels and linens including dish towels, dish soap, hand soap and a charcoal or gas grill.
WHAT TO BRING:
As our guest, you should bring your own personal items, food, charcoal for the grill, pool towels, coffee filters and picnic-type items such as paper plates, paper towels & napkins.
MINIMUM STAYS:
3 Night Minimum required during peak season and holidays.
2 Night Minimum required during value and off-season times.
Some homes do require weekly stays (Saturday - Saturday) only during peak times.
FEES & CHARGES:
- All reservations are subject to a $30 non-refundable Reservation Fee upon making a reservation.
- All reservations will be charged a $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee and some require a $500 refundable (less any damages) Security Deposit depending on home selection.
- Homes rates are based on a specific number of people over the age of 3 years old, each additional person will be $10 per person per night. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Please visit the home rental description page for more information.
- Homes that allow pets will be charged $10 per night per pet. Some restrictions apply.
- Your credit card will be charged for 50% of your total stay at the time of making your reservation. (AMERICAN EXPRESS/VISA/MASTER CARD/DISCOVER) WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PERSONAL CHECKS! A valid credit card will remain on file for security reasons. A signed Policy Sheet is required to be returned prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $30 PROCESSING FEE REGARDLESS OF WHEN THEY ARE CANCELED. ANY RESERVATION CANCELED LESS THAN 14 DAYS FROM THE SCHEDULED ARRIVAL DATE WILL RESULT IN A FORFEITURE AND CHARGE FOR 50% OF YOUR ORIGINAL TOTAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES OR LATE ARRIVALS.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
- CHECK IN - GUARANTEED CHECK IN AFTER 3:30 P.M.
- CHECK OUT -10 AM (GARBAGE REMOVED, DISHES WASHED AND PUT AWAY, POOL WRISTBANDS AND KEYS RETURNED TO FRONT OFFICE)
- EARLY AND LATER ARRIVALS MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED DURING THE PRIME SEASON.
- LATER CHECK OUTS ARE NOT ALLOWED DURING THE PEAK SEASON. PLEASE INQUIRE AT CHECK IN.
