Spring Brook was created as an upscale campground in 1987. Over the years the property was developed and today, in place of the campground you'll now find luxurious 2-story chalets and quaint log cabins. As the development itself has grown and changed over the last 20+ years, one thing has remained constant - Spring Brook brings families together. Spring Brook has always, and continues to be, a place where families get together and take a break from their busy lives to enjoy being with each other. And lucky for them, Spring Brook has always been just minutes from the fun and excitement of Wisconsin Dells.  

In just a few years after the campground opened, regular and seasonal campers at Spring Brook started to ask for year-round accommodations and ultimately, larger homes.  And in so doing, Spring Brook the vacation home community, was born.

Spring Brook's name comes from the main tributary “Spring Brook” which flows from the hills west of the area and eventually empties into Lake Delton. In 1993 the main tributary was dammed up, forming the quiet 7-acre "Spring Brook Lake"  with the dam serving as main access to the first real estate development.

Today, the 360-acre development has 490 home sites with over 300 homes built. As the master plan took shape, Spring Brook became known as the “Dells Most Popular Vacation Home Community”.

The final piece of the development's master plan was set in place in 2005 with the opening of the Par 36 9-Hole Golf Course and the construction of the stunning 18,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. The clubhouse is home to Spring Brook's popular vacation home overnight business, indoor/outdoor pools, pro shop and of course,  the rustic Northwoods Bar & Grille, a local's favorite for Friday Night Fish Fry and Saturday Night Prime Rib.

So who made this all possible? Dar and Juli Mor. The Mor's built the simple but fun and service-oriented campground into the only vacation home community in Wisconsin Dells. Later, the Mors expanded their partnership with local residents Doug & Roxan Clausen. Together, they have continued to build on the idea that  Spring Brook is a home away from home for its owners and visitors. Whether it's a week-long vacation, a weekend getaway or just an afternoon on the golf course, owners and guests have made Spring Brook a comfortable part of their life.  And in so doing, with the idea that personal service and maintaining a family-friendly atmosphere is more important than anything else, Spring Brook continues to BRING FAMILIES TOGETHER.
